The most new innovation from ONOSI Solar is at the heart of the Heat pipe, we call it the Thermo Controlled Heat pipe. As the name suggests, a thermal temperature protection is integrated here. Unlike other mechanical protections, our protection is in the fluid that moves (flows) in the Heat pipe.

While the temperature in the traditional Heatpipe can easily rise to 250°C, the renewed Thermo Controlled Heatpipe stops at 110°C. As soon as this temperature is reached, the inside of the Heatpipe boils dry, so that the operation stops. In short, no protection in mechanical parts, but thermal in the core of the Heat pipe.

The ONOSI temperature-controlled solar heat pipe adopts a different heat transfer mode from the traditional copper-water heat pipe. The steam flow rate is only 20cm / s at a working temperature of 50°C. The steam flow rate is not high, which will not cause a carrying limit. Therefore, the heat transfer capacity of a single heat pipe is not limited, which can meet the large heat transfer requirements of CPC solar collectors.

The ONOSI temperature control solar heat pipe has an intelligent temperature control function. The product intelligently senses the temperature change. The system stops immediately when the heat is excessive or gradually stops the heat transfer 110°C, and restores the performance immediately when the heat is not excessive. It fully meets the ideal temperature control requirements and realizes Precise temperature control; at the same time, the function of blocking at high temperature does not affect the heat transfer performance under normal working conditions. The maximum temperature of hot water in the solar system water tank can be controlled at 85°C.

No installation angle limit

The ONOSI temperature control heat pipe solar collector has no restrictions on the installation angle. The heat pipe angle is between 5°-85° and can be conducted without barriers.
