What is heat pipe solar collector?
The heat pipe solar collector always connected with existing water heating device. The selective absorber coating on the inner cover of vacuum tubes absorb solar energy, then convert solar energy into thermal energy and transfer thermal energy to heat pipe by aluminum fin. The heated liquid inside heat pipe change into vapor which rises to the top condenser, then thermal energy heat transfer liquid pass through heat exchanger and the cooled vapor becomes liquid, returning to the base of heat pipe.
The thermal energy conducts to transfer liquid via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

Vacuum Tube/Heat Pipe Solar Collector, Evacuated Tube Collectors works similar in design to a thermos. It consists of a two layers of glass with a vacuum in between the layers. The outer layer of the solar tube is Borosilicate glass which is very low in iron and allows 98% of light energy to pass through. The 2nd inner layer has very special coatings applied to it.
The Evacuated tube/Heat pipe solar collector consists of a number of rows of parallel transparent glass tubes connected to a header pipe and where the heat transfer fluid (usually 50% Propylene Glycol) circulates and absorb heat generated by tubes. These glass tubes are cylindrical in shape. Therefore, the angle of the sunlight is always perpendicular to the heat absorbing tubes which enables these collectors to perform well even when sunlight is low such as when it is early in the morning or late in the afternoon, or when shaded by clouds. Evacuated tube solar collector are particularly useful in areas with cold, cloudy wintry weathers (most of the northern part of the Europe).

Intelligent temperature control

The system stops immediately when the heat is excessive or gradually stops the heat transfer 110°C, and restores the performance immediately when the heat is not excessive. It fully meets the ideal temperature control requirements and realizes Precise temperature control; at the same time, the function of blocking at high temperature does not affect the heat transfer performance under normal working conditions. The maximum temperature of hot water in the solar system water tank can be controlled at 85°C.
