ONOSI Solar
ONOSI temperature control heat pipe breakthrough in adopts aerospace rare earth aluminum alloy material as the structural component, which has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, high strength, and high temperature resistance.
When the heat pipe is in a temperature controlled state and the heat conduction stops, the vacuum tube still absorbs the heat of sunlight. At this time, the vacuum tube is in a stagnation state, and the temperature inside will reach 260 ℃ or above (the CPC solar collector temperature is higher). Ordinary copper heat pipes will suffer from carbonization problems due to the high temperature of the stagnation state. After the carbonization layer falls off, the copper pipe wall will become thinner. At the same time, the carbonized material will cause non condensable gases to be produced by the heat conducting working medium, resulting in the failure or perforation of the heat pipe.
Aluminum alloy heat pipes can perfectly solve the above problems without carbonization.
